Panthers ralley to defeat Wolves

PUTNAM CITY - The Putnam City North Panthers rallied after losing the first three bouts to defeat the Santa Fe Wolves 38-21 Tuesday night.
Santa Fe got off to a good start with the first three wins. Greg Hendrickson (103) defeated Flowers 4-0, Jett Stugess (112) defeated Brock 6-1 and Brett Dunning (119) picked up a major decion over Hendrickson 9-1, as the Wolves take the early 10-0 lead.
The Panthers rallied with four consecutive wins at 125, 130, 135 and 140, before Joey Robertson (145) picked up the 3-1 decision over Sanders and Tre Doakes (152) pinned Crawford in the third perioid.
The Wolves got their final win at 189 with Walter Smith winning a one-point decision over Brock, 3-2.
The Wolves have a day off before returning to the mat Thursday for Three Dog Night at Memorial.
